Heat pump rebates are now available. Our high performance heat pumps are the most efficient in their class and guarantee you years of water heating pleasure.
By Installing an ITS heat pump, you will:
- Save you up to 75% on your water heating bill per month. A typical kwikhot 200lt geyser runs of a 4kw electrical element. A 4kw element draws 4kw of electricity every hour and produces 4kw of heating capacity every hour. The 4.7 kw heat-pump draws 1,17kw per hour and produces 4,7kw heating capacity per hour. In other words if your geyser had to run 3 hours to heat up 200lt of water the electrical element would have consumed 12kw in that period. If the heat-pump ran for 3 hours, it would have consumed 3.5kw.
- Utilizing our specialized, patented heat pump integration technique will ensure that you achieve maximum hot water capacity from your geyser without losing the guarantee on your geyser.
- Rebates only apply when you are retrofitting or replacing existing electrical element geysers. Customers who already have an electrical element geyser with a capacity of between 100 litres and 500 litres are eligible to purchase rebated heat pumps.

Please note that more than one geyser can be combined to make up the above mentioned sizes when you connect one Heat-pump to two geysers in serie.
DOMESTIC HEAT PUMPS
Domestic heat pump technology is one of the cutting edge technologies when it comes to renewable energy water heating products. Even though this technology have been used in South-Africa for heating water for many decades the recent increase in international demand have brought the component costs down making the product extremely affordable for the home user. Using refrigeration cycle to extract energy from the surrounding air (indirectly using solar energy) it can provide you with 60 degrees celcius hot water day/night, winter/summer at a quarter of the cost of electrical geyser element heating.
